About the Team

The Revenue Strategy & Operations team is a key player in fueling our growth by empowering our business partners to make more informed decisions. Part of the team's role is helping drive actions from insights and ensuring they are getting maximum value from our broader Analytics organization.

About the Role

As a member of our team, you will drive strategic insights that support our Specialized business. You will be responsible for delivering insights and recommendations to drive growth as well as the measuring the effectiveness of current initiatives. The role will have close partnership with Revenue Strategy, Field Sales, and senior leadership. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, analyze and report results to support informed, fact-based business decisions which drive improved performance and results across multiple sales channels.

• Perform strategic analysis for major sales initiatives and programs. This often involves analyzing data from various sources, identifying trends and issues, synthesizing and reporting the results.

• Partner with the Field operations team to understand the business and sales challenges 

• Create dashboards, to communicate results in a succinct, easy-to-understand manner, to all levels of the organization. 

• Identify new trends and areas of growth opportunity within the business.

• Evaluate long term impacts for growth as it relates to Field coverage, productivity, & sales efficiency.

• Participate in and help drive the evolution of four main areas of business analytics: operational reporting, ad hoc reporting, forecasting, and the development and monitoring of major milestone criteria such as OKRs or financial KPIs adjacent to standard sales analyses.

About You

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance preferred.

• 5+ years of relevant experience, software industry experience preferred along with functional experience in Finance, Sales Operations, or Data Analytics.

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

• Advanced excel skills.

• Advanced understanding of salesforce.com data model and report writing.

• Experience building in and utilizing BI tools, Tableau preferred.

• Proven ability to work cross functionally within a fast moving organization.

• Strong Business Acumen and relationship building skills.
