What You'll Do: As a Revenue Cycle Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in our Bookkeeping Department. Your responsibilities will include:

Post insurance payments accurately and timely in the practice management system

Review and resolve payment discrepancies, denials, and variances as identified

Complete insurance audits and assist with payer requests and reconciliations

Perform CBS and contractual adjustments in accordance with payer contracts and internal policies

Process insurance refunds and overpayments in compliance with regulatory and payer guidelines

Previous experience preferred but not required. On-the-job training provided.
