Account specific roles & responsibilities:
• Manage the complete lifecycle of medical claims, including submission, tracking, follow-up, and resolution
• Review and submit claims accurately and in a timely manner
• Investigate, correct, and resubmit rejected or denied claims
• Analyze claim denials and determine appropriate corrective action
• Communicate with insurance companies to resolve claim issues and secure reimbursement
• Ensure compliance with payer guidelines and billing regulations
• Maintain accurate documentation of claim activity and resolution status
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for claim corrections
Requirements:
• 1 - 2 years BPO experience handling a US Healthcare Insurance
• Familiar with RCM (Revenue Cycle Management)
• Good working knowledge with Medical Billing and Coding
• Excellent verbal & written English skills
• Ability to display empathy and patience in addressing customer concerns
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Adaptability to a changing work environment
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Proficiency in using computer systems & relevant software
• Willing to work onsite in Makati or Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shift
