Job Description
Scorpios Bodrum is seeking a Revenue Controlling Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the Revenue Controlling Manager in overseeing the accurate recording, reconciliation, and reporting of all revenue-related transactions. You will help ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and timely reporting to the Finance Department.
Your responsibilities include assisting in managing revenue controls, monitoring financial performance, and supporting the Cashiers/Controllers team in daily reconciliations and reporting processes. You will also collaborate with Technology and IT teams to help identify and mitigate operational and financial risks related to revenue.
This role reports directly to the Revenue Controlling Manager and plays an important part in maintaining financial integrity and operational efficiency across Scorpios Bodrum’s operations.

Responsibilities
Pre-Opening:
Assist in the setup, testing, and configuration of POS and back-office systems (e.g., Micros, Symphony, Opera).
Support the Revenue Controlling Manager in preparing SOPs, training materials, and financial procedures for new locations.
Participate in pre-season audits and readiness assessments to ensure proper revenue processes are in place.
Operational:
Execute Level 3 revenue control procedures and ensure compliance across all cashier and revenue points.
Oversee cash and credit reconciliation processes, including pre-collection handling and verification.
Approve transactions and troubleshoot on-site hardware/software issues related to revenue operations.
Supervise, coach, and train the cashier/controller team to ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies.
Monitor and report on financial security using CCTV and other control tools.
Manage coin logistics and perform blind counts to maintain accountability and accuracy.
Administer back-office tools and generate daily revenue reports (Total Sales, Petty Cash, MSN, etc.).
Executional Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth daily revenue operations by developing and enforcing shift checklists and operational procedures.
Collaborate with IT and other departments to resolve technical, operational, or procedural issues affecting revenue.
Support the Revenue Controlling Manager in audits, compliance checks, and risk mitigation efforts.
Provide timely, accurate financial reports to support management decision-making.
Assist in managing sensitive financial data while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
Help define clear KPIs for each site and monitor performance against targets.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Revenue Controlling Manager
