Returns Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a Returns Operations Coordinator who is willing to go above and beyond to support the team and adapt to the needs of the site. This role requires a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as operational demands evolve. We are looking for a team-oriented leader who is willing to support multiple roles based on operational needs, set an example through hands-on involvement, and help ensure the success of the entire team. 

What you'll get to do:

• Coordinate front-end operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with site standards  
• Record daily unit activity and maintain accurate operational documentation  
• Track and document quality classifications for processed packages (Q1, Q2, and Q4)  
• Provide processing hours in relation to volume and quality metrics to identify efficiency trends  
• Provide hands-on support on the floor by stepping into operational roles as needed  
• Collaborate with leadership and associates to support daily workflow and operational needs 
• Other duties as assigned 

Who you are:

• 2+ years of experience with site operations and processes  
• Demonstrated effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment  
• Experience working with data analytics to track performance, identify trends 
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, including data entry, reporting, and basic analysis  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling operational data and documentation  
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

The hourly range for this role is $20 per hour - $24 per hour.
