Return Fraud Specialist

Job & Mission:

As part of the extension of the Return Fraud process in Southern Europe, you will be reporting to the Finance Department, and, under the responsibility of the Fraud Manager based in France.

You will be in charge of combating fraud related to parcels refunds and abusive returns on our site based in Santa Oliva (Spain, region of Tarragona) based on processes already deployed in France (Lyon).

Role et activities:

Your main responsibilities will include:

•
Ensuring the control of non-conformities on returned parcels based on a risk-based approach with physical checks;

•
Playing a role in researching information on cases of fraudulent returns; using fraud detection tools (link research, tagging linked accounts).

Communicate by email with members regarding non-compliant returns, following the legal procedure established with the legal department ( follow up on certain cases with this department to update the process).

•
Adapting processes when needed based on non-conformity cases observed in the South.

Relationship:

•
Internal: Inventory Return, SRM, Payment & Fraud Teams, legal team

•
External: Members (for non-compliant returns), carriers

Required skills:

You have a minimum of two years of experience in returns management or logistics, and ideally in the e-commerce industry.

Proficiency and ease with IT tools (G-suite pack, Google Sheets), good writing communication skills when sending emails.

Autonomous, rigorous, discretion, with good interpersonal skills and a naturally curious & investigative nature, you will be able to propose solutions proactively.
