Retouch / Creative Artworker

We’re looking for a Creative Artworker who will be the bridge between concept and execution — turning great ideas into beautiful, finished work. From print and digital to POS, OOH, and social, you’ll roll out master creative across multiple platforms, ensuring every pixel, path, and proof is perfect.

As Creative Artworker, you’ll prepare clean, press-ready artwork, adapt assets for multiple specs, and uphold brand consistency across every touchpoint. You’ll also be hands-on with high-end photo retouching and compositing, finessing imagery to meet world-class standards — particularly across Food & Beverage and retail campaigns.

Collaborating closely with designers, account service and producers, you’ll bring creative ideas to life with precision and craft. 

What You’ll Bring

5+ years’ experience in a creative agency, design, or post-production environment, ideally within retail or FMCG

Strong folio demonstrating finished art, rollout, and high-end image retouching across multiple channels

Expert skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

Advanced photo retouching experience, particularly in Food & Beverage

Experience performing quality control checks for off-shore suppliers and ensuring production accuracy 

A sharp eye for detail, with the stamina and focus to deliver high volumes of files flawlessly

Strong communication and collaboration skills — able to liaise confidently with internal teams and external partners

Ability to work autonomously, managing multiple jobs with ease and meet tight deadlines.

A proactive, curious mindset — interested in new innovations, technologies, and solutions in post-production
