Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Retention Officer to manage and retain active Forex trading clients. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, increase trading activity, and minimize churn by providing excellent account management and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of active Forex trading clients
Maintain long-term relationships with clients to increase retention and lifetime value
Encourage clients to remain active through personalized follow-ups and trading support
Identify client needs and offer appropriate trading solutions
Monitor client activity and proactively re-engage inactive or low-activity accounts
Work closely with the sales and dealing teams to optimize client experience
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Retention Officer or similar role in a Forex brokerage
Strong understanding of Forex markets and trading platforms
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Target-driven mindset with strong negotiation abilities
Fluent in Arabic (English is a strong advantage)
