Retention Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview 

Tuckernuck is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Retention Marketing Coordinator to join our Growth Marketing Team. This role serves as the operational backbone of our customer retention efforts—ensuring campaigns, reporting, and assets are delivered with accuracy and efficiency. The Retention Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in managing the execution of our email, SMS, and loyalty programs. Success in this position requires strong organizational and project management skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to multiple initiatives simultaneously. The ideal candidate is equal parts analytical and creative, bringing to life engaging, data-driven campaigns that connect with our audience, drive loyalty, and elevate the customer experience.

Core Responsibilities 

Email & SMS Execution: Build, test, and deploy email and SMS channels. Ensure tracking links, segmentation, and creative are correct pre-send. 

Reporting & Recaps: Compile weekly and monthly retention reports, including screenshots, KPIs, and highlights for retention campaigns. Keep clear records of testing results and clearly communicate performance metrics.

Calendar & Workflow Management: Maintain the marketing calendar and project manage promotions. Track deliverables and deadlines for retention campaigns, hold appropriate teams accountable for meeting deadlines.

Creative & Asset Coordination: Brief the Design and Editing teams on creative requests, facilitate feedback, and manage creative project handoffs between Marketing, Design, and Copy teams. Organize all briefs and final assets.

Loyalty & Direct Mail Support: Assist with loyalty data tracking, mailer updates, and coordination with external vendors.

Minimum Qualifications

1-2 years of relative experience

Digital Marketing: Understanding of various digital marketing strategies, including paid media, email, and SMS marketing.

Project Management: Understanding of project management principles and practices to manage multiple campaigns and tasks efficiently.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with teams and partners.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data to draw insights and make informed decisions.

Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to creatively address challenges and adapt strategies as
