Within the Traction Store Distribution Center located in Mississauga, ON, you will work closely with your management team.

As a Warehouse Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
• Motivate, coach, and develop team members to achieve performance and productivity targets;
• Oversee daily receiving, putaway, and picking activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency;
• Monitor workflow to optimize productivity and maintain service standards;
• Manage employee relations matters, resolving conflicts in a fair and professional manner;
• Support basic budgeting processes and monitor departmental expenses;
• Communicate updates clearly and ensure smooth implementation of new initiative.
To join our team, you need, among other things:
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a warehouse or distribution environment;
• Strong knowledge of receiving, putaway, and picking processes;
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop teams;
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
