We’re seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to join us at PARK Distillery! PARK is a backcountry lodge-inspired craft distillery in the heart of Downtown Banff. Our menu features campfire-inspired cuisine & wood-fired rotisserie specialties paired with our award-winning small-batch spirits distilled in-house. What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all aspects of the Park Distillery retail store’s daily operations, both in-store and behind the scenes
• Maintain regular contact with guests and staff, ensuring excellent communication and service
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, staff, and schedule the retail team
• Organize and coordinate the daily distillery tour program as required
• Liaise with the Banff Christmas Market team to support operations and collaboration
• Ensure the team consistently delivers excellent guest service while fostering a positive employee experience and strong team culture
• Lead by example, demonstrating commitment to the Park Distillery brand
• Complete monthly inventory reconciliation counts and maintain organization of the retail room
• Act as the main contact for retail and online store inquiries
• Prepare for and attend weekly planning meetings

What You Have:

• Strong communication, planning, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to recruit, train, and motivate a team
• Commitment to delivering excellent guest service and building a positive team culture
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example
• Strong understanding of (or willingness to learn about) the Park Distillery brand and values
• Experience with inventory management, scheduling, and retail operations
• Flexibility to support tours, wholesale orders, and online fulfillment as needed
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
