Retail Store Associate (Sales, Stockroom & Deliveries)

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Must be available for evenings, weekends and flexible shifts

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Every purchase supports the work that Wraparound does everyday to support youth and families in Maryland and Delaware. 

We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Retail Store Associate who’s ready to jump in wherever needed — on the sales floor, in the stockroom, or out making deliveries. If you like staying busy, enjoy working with people, and have a good eye for great deals, this job’s for you!

What You’ll Do

On the Sales Floor:

Greet customers and help them find awesome deals

Keep shelves stocked, displays fresh, and the store looking great

Run the register and handle purchases, returns, and exchanges

Share product info and help customers score the best bargains

In the Stockroom:

Unload trucks, unpack shipments, and get new inventory ready for the floor

Tag, price, and organize merchandise

Keep the backroom neat, safe, and running smoothly

On the Road:

Safely operate the store’s box truck for local deliveries or pickups

Load and unload items carefully

Represent our store with friendly, professional customer service on every delivery

What We’re Looking For

Valid driver’s license is required (CDL's not needed)

Clean driving record

Reliable transportation

Reliable, positive, and ready to work as part of a team

Ability to physically lift up to 50 lbs. and being on your feet most of the day

Previous retail, warehouse, or delivery experience is a preferred, but not required

Great attitude, strong communication and customer service skills
