What You’ll Do

Requirements:
About You

• 1–2 years’ experience in customer service, preferbally financial advice, or retail investment services
• Basic knowledge of financial markets and trading platforms
• People-focused: great communicator (English; Mandarin/Cantonese a plus)
• Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable with multitasking
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
