The Retail Academy experience offers you the chance to put your passion for the world

of retail and luxury to good use. You will gain international experience, liaising with

multicultural teams and making your own contribution to tackling daily challenges with

them. You will meet customers from all over the world, gaining a global, strategic

outlook on the Fashion Business. You will be central to the dynamism of our Max Mara

Fashion Group business and will be part of our community.

Continuous learning, in-store experience, consolidation of your skills: these are the keys

to successfully managing the team and the product, alongside Customer Experience and

Visual Merchandising.

You will learn to lead, motivate and support your store team, becoming their direct

contact for the Stores and HQ, achieving Business, Brand and personal development

goals.

• 18 MONTHS OF ACTION LEARNING : “In the field”, working directly in store in Italy and abroad, as well as touching base in HQ
• 4 JOB ROTATIONS : Sales Assistant, Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager and finally Retail Supervisor
• 1 GOAL : Become a Retail Supervisor and be Manager of a group of Stores in Italy and/or Abroad

We are looking for postgraduate candidates with:

• An outstanding academic record
• Fluency in English and Italian (C1)
• Knowledge of a third language (at least B1)
• The desire to experience the professional journey (more than 80% of the time) as an ongoing opportunity for developing a global mentality and for working with multicultural teams
• Good knowledge of the Fashion Business
• Experience in Retail
• Customer orientation
• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
• The ability to achieve goals by working as part of a team
