We are looking for the best Retail Planning Manager to join us!
Your Challenge:
During the period of new products, big promotions and festivals, develop efficient, practical planning activities program, while integrating partners, shopping malls, stores online and offline resources, gathering customers and attracting traffic to improve the conversion and help sales.
Based on the brand tonality and the shopping scene of each channel, formulate and promote the planning activity scheme in the form of opening, shop speculation, shop celebration and membership day, and continuously build the activity IP to strengthen the consumers' mind.
Assist each distributor to set up user operation system, formulate user operation strategy and promote implementation
Your profile includes:
Bachelor degree or above, major is not limited, major in brand and marketing is preferred
At least 3 years of marketing experience in communication or FMCG industry or advertising industry
Brand manager working experience or content marketing or project management experience is preferred, with strong communication and coordination ability, leadership and project management ability
With keen consumer and market insights, integrated marketing planning ability
English can be used as working language.
