About the role:

The Marketplace Advertising Growth Lead is responsible for building and scaling the Retail Media marketplace (3P) business across multiple European markets. The role defines go-to-market strategies, scalable sales frameworks, and growth levers to drive advertiser acquisition and revenue expansion. It enables local Sales teams through playbooks, tools, and performance insights, ensuring consistent execution across markets.

By driving adoption of scalable solutions such as self-service and aligning cross-functional capabilities, the role contributes to transforming the 3P business into a structured, scalable, and growth-driven commercial engine.

About your tasks:

• Drive the international growth strategy for our Marketplace Advertising business, identifying scalable opportunities to increase advertiser acquisition, retention, and revenue.
• Build and optimize go-to-market frameworks, sales playbooks, segmentation models, and funnel strategies that empower local Sales teams across multiple European markets.
• Analyze pipeline performance, conversion metrics, and growth drivers to identify commercial opportunities and continuously improve execution.
• Collaborate closely with Ad Tech, Product, Data, and Campaign Management teams to scale self-service capabilities and improve advertiser experience.
• Enable commercial excellence by sharing best practices, tools, and actionable insights that support consistent and scalable growth across markets.

About you:

• You bring 5+ years of experience in retail media, marketplace, digital advertising, growth, or commercial strategy roles.
• You have a strong understanding of marketplace ecosystems, advertiser growth levers, and scalable commercial models.
• You enjoy translating strategic ideas into actionable initiatives and feel comfortable working across international stakeholder landscapes.
• You combine a data-driven mindset with a structured and entrepreneurial way of working — and you enjoy building scalable solutions that create measurable impact.
