The Senior Retail Marketing Manager is a pivotal, hands on role responsible for developing and executing customer centric and shopper focused marketing strategies across all retail channels. You will translate Youfoodz brand plans into effective, tailored retailer execution, directly driving demand, conversion, and loyalty. This role is based in Sydney, Chippendale and reports to the Head of Retail.

You will…

• Develop and implement compelling Shopper Marketing strategies and annual plans, aligning them with brand objectives and commercial targets.

• Lead the end to end execution of all in store and retailer -specific marketing activities, including national promotions, seasonal campaigns and POS materials.

• Lead digital retailer media execution, covering e-commerce and retailer apps.

• Partner closely with the National Account Managers to present and "sell-in" marketing programs to key retail customers.

• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with retailer marketing and category teams.

• Manage the Retail Marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of funds and demonstrable ROI for all initiatives.

• Define clear KPIs and implement robust mechanisms for measuring campaign effectiveness, providing post-campaign analysis for continuous improvement.

• Manage and mentor a direct report (Designer) supporting the development of assets.

You have...

• 5+ years of dedicated experience in Retail, Customer, Shopper, or Trade Marketing within the FMCG industry.

• Prior experience managing relationships with major Australian retailers (e.g., Woolworths, Coles).

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field.

• Proven ability to apply the principles of shopper psychology and path-to-purchase to campaign design.

• Demonstrated success in developing, executing, and measuring multi-channel shopper campaigns (physical and digital).

• A commercially astute professional with a strong understanding of P&L drivers and the ability to link marketing activities directly to sales and profit growth.

• An excellent project manager, able to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously from concept through to in-store execution.

• Exceptional at presentation, negotiation, and communication, capable of effectively selling ideas internally and externally.

• Highly organised, data-driven, and focused on driving continuous improvement.
