As Retail Manager for , you have the flexibility to be located, in Madrid, Lisbon, Porto or others,preferably near an international airport in IBERIA.

WHAT WILL YOUR JOB AT JYSK BE LIKE

As a Retail Manager, you will be part of the country management team and will ensure operational excellence and a customer-first approach within your region/country. You will empower District Managers and follow JYSK values and leadership principles to achieve budgets and goals.

• Aligned with our JYSK Values and  JYSK Leadership you are responsible to ensure that the stores in your region is 100% ready for sales and customers by communicating, leading and coaching your District Managers on a distance and when visiting them
• Make sure the District Managers have a strong plan to achieve the key figures goals and you motivate them to do so
• Follow up and secure that routines and concepts are executed in all stores
• Train your Managers in Recruitment, Performance Management and Leadership to make sure they have the best tools to create results in their districts

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

• Retail Manager with a proven track record of reaching great result
• A Customer First mindset in everything you do
• Proactive and energetic tradesman with a strong understanding of how to work in with concepts
• A good sense for detail, but flexible to respond to unexpected challenges
• Ability to work independently, but a track record in creating excellent results through your teams
• Great communication skills, fluent in both written and spoken English
• Spanish and Portuguese good level
• Good in building your organisation and growing a substitute bench
• Master or Similar Business certificate will be valued
• Availability to travel 3/4 of the time

Selection process in Spain:

• We process applications on an ongoing basis and complete the hiring process once we find the right candidate.
• We will review your application within 1 week (business days).
• If successful, we will send you a link to answer some video interview questions.
• If you move on to the next stage, you will be invited to complete two online assessments.
• After that, we will conduct a short phone interview.
• If you pass all the previous stages, you will be invited to an in-person interview, and after that, the final step will be a reference check from previous experience.
