Goodwill Industries of Tenneva is hiring a Full-Time Attendant to join our mission-driven team!

What You’ll Do
Greet donors with a friendly smile and provide excellent customer service
Assist with unloading donated items and issuing donation receipts
Sort donations by category and prepare items for transport
Help load and unload trucks as needed
Keep donation sites clean, safe, and organized
Maintain accurate daily donor records
Promote and follow safe work practices and all company policies
Support team goals through cooperation and positive communication
What We’re Looking For
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask, work independently, and use good judgment
Reliable, flexible, and willing to take initiative
Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in varying weather conditions
High school diploma or GED preferred
One year of work history preferred
A positive, can-do attitude and a heart for service
