About the Company
The company is redefining beauty with innovative, easy-to-use products that empower self-expression. As a leading beauty brand known for our magnetic lashes and press-on nails, we're expanding our presence in national retailers and looking for dynamic, remote-first talent to help us scale our in-store impact. Join a fast-growing team of passionate creators, marketers, and brand builders who are changing the way people experience beauty — online and on the shelf.
Scope of the Role
We are seeking a Retail Display & Merchandising Manager to own the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of all the companys retail display programs — including endcaps, sidekicks, permanent fixtures, and custom visual merchandising projects.
This role acts as the hub between our internal teams, third-party display vendors, and retail partners, ensuring all merchandising elements are flawlessly executed, delivered on time, and within budget. You will bring the company brand to life in-store, driving visibility, engagement, and sales growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Project Management & Execution
• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of retail display programs — from concept to in-store execution.
• Build and track detailed project timelines by retailer and fixture type.
• Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams to align on deliverables and milestones.
• Own retailer approval processes for artwork, structural design, and display specs.
• Oversee vendor production, monitor quality control, and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Retailer & Vendor Communication
• Act as the primary contact for retail visual merchandising teams.
• Interpret and fulfill each retailer’s merchandising and fixture requirements.
• Cultivate and manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely, cost-effective, high-quality outcomes.
Budgeting & Reporting
• Own the display budget across all retail programs.
• Forecast, track, and reconcile display-related spend.
• Monitor performance and ROI of displays; identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain accurate documentation for orders, shipments, installations, and approvals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Align with Sales on display strategies that support retailer-specific growth plans.
• Collaborate with the Creative team to ensure visuals are brand-consistent and retail-optimized.
• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to manage inventory allocation for display builds.
Requirements:
Years of Experience
• 3–6 years of experience in retail visual merchandising, trade marketing, or display project management.
Background
• Experience with endcaps, sidekicks, and/or permanent fixtures in consumer products (CPG, beauty, fashion, or related).
• Strong project management background, with proven ability to manage multiple timelines and partners.
• Confident communicator who can lead discussions with internal teams and external partners.
• Detail-obsessed, solution-oriented, and highly organized.
Tools and Software
• Proficiency in project management tools like ClickUp or Asana.
• Experience using communication platforms like Slack.
• Bonus: Familiarity with display production processes and materials.
