Job Description
The Retail Buyer is responsible for purchases for the assigned stores and brands/collections. Guaranteeing that the Brand image is transmitted through the store and that economic objectives are achieved. The core responsibilities of the role are: 1) guaranteeing an adequate supply of products in the store; 2) collecting feedback from stores related to the collections; 3) supporting the Buying Manager in the development of in-season analyzes to maximize the activity and make their stores more efficient.
Main Responsibilities: 
1.01 Analyzes sell-in and sell-out data divided by brand, collection, categories, models and product classes to support the Buying Manager in defining assortments
1.02 Keeps updated on weekly sell-out data during the course of the season, classified by brands, collections, categories, models and product classes, sharing this information with the Buying Manager
1.03 Manages structured reports on the performance of the products purchased from the relevant sales points, including needs or replenishments
1.04 Knows the collections in detail
1.05 Knows the reference market and its competition in depth
1.06 Completes any other tasks assigned by the Buying Manager and related to purchases
1.07 Promotes the development of Role learning through proactive activities, team and digital, aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of one's Responsibilities
1.08 Promotes, adopts and develops the use of digital technologies within one's function in relation to both process management and relations with internal and external interlocutors involved in the business
1.09 Adopts significant behaviors and promotes operational/cultural actions for Sustainable Development, understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of the Environment, Business Processes and Organizational Community
1.10Participates in the implementation of learning projects product and contributes to their transfer to the store staff so that this occurs consistently and effectively with respect to the distinctive features of the reference collection
1.11 Maintains a constant exchange with the reference channel to collect commercial feedback on the collection
• Degree in Economics
• Master in Fashion Management / Buying and Merchandising 
• Previous experience in the role (at least 6 months / 1 year)
• Excellent Knowledge of Excel
• Excellent Knowledge of English
