MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Melakukan aktivitas penjualan di toko dan/atau jarak jauh, bertindak sebagai personal shopper
• Menjual produk dengan memenuhi kebutuhan klien dan memberikan pengalaman yang tidak terlupakan kepada klien dengan memberikan standar layanan yang tinggi dalam aktivitas penjualan dengan mengikuti standard brand
• Memulai kontak dengan pelanggan dan sambut mereka baik di konter maupun saat masuk ke butik
• Mengidentifikasi dan memahami kebutuhan pelanggan
• Menawarkan dan menunjukkan produk yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pelanggan, memberikan demo make up
• Memberikan layanan yang tepat, mengusulkan produk pelengkap dalam kategori yang sama dan juga lintas kategori.

• Berkomunikasi dengan penuh semangat dan mengedukasi klien tentang brand dan produk
• Mencapai target penjualan ritel (di toko dan jarak jauh) dan berkontribusi untuk mencapai KPI setiap bulan
• Menguasai pengetahuan mengenai Brand, Kategori dan Kompetisi

CLIENT EXPERIENCE AND MANAGEMENT

• Mengembangkan hubungan jangka panjang dengan klien
• Melibatkan klien baru ke brand, melalui interaksi manusia yang tulus
• Mendaftarkan data klien dalam sistem khusus dan pastikan data-data yang dapat dijangkau. Lakukan semua aktivitas CRM dan klien
• Memanfaatkan konten dan peralatan untuk mendorong traffic, menumbuhkan loyalitas klien, dan mengambil tindakan

COUNTER OPERATIONS

• Memantau tingkat stok secara teratur untuk memastikan tingkat stok yang sesuai. Melaporkan stok tidak mencukupi.
• Memantau inventaris rak dan menampilkan produk baru bila diperlukan
• Mengoperasikan mesin kasir dan menutup pendapatan harian (hanya jika diperlukan)
• Melaksanakan semua tugas operasional dan administrasi yang ditugaskan
• Menjaga kebersihan dan kerapihan Boutique
• Mengikuti aturan perusahaan & konter (kehadiran, ketepatan waktu) dan pedoman grooming

Requirements:
PENGALAMAN KERJA

• Lebih diutamakan memiliki pengalaman ritel profesional sebelumnya dalam industri retail dan/atau jasa, idealnya di brand luxury atau beauty industry selama 3 tahun
• Rekam jejak (track-record) yang terbukti dalam memberikan hasil ritel yang unggul & bekerja dalam lingkungan ritel luxury
• Wajib memiliki skill make up yang bagus, diutamakan ber-background make-up artist

PENDIDIKAN DAN KETERAMPILAN

• Lebih diutamakan lulusan D3 atau sederajat dengan spesialisasi sekolah kecantikan
• Memiliki pengalaman dalam menjual/memiliki keterampilan menjual, lebih diutamakan di lingkungan luxury

• Keterampilan menulis dan komunikasi yang baik, fasih dalam bahasa Indonesia dan, mampu berbahasa Inggris untuk di daerah destinasi turis dan wilayah pusat
