We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Retail Attendant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Retail Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our valued customers.
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Operate cash registers and process various forms of payment accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Assist with visual merchandising and product displays
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
• Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
• Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions
• Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and supportive attitude
• Proficiency in cash handling and operating Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Basic math skills for cash transactions and inventory counting
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods 
• Familiarity with visual merchandising techniques
• Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns efficiently
