He aha te tūranga - About the role: 
An exciting opportunity is now available for two experienced assistant managers to join our Howick retail team. In this role, you will oversee the smooth running of our Howick Retail Store on one of the days over a weekend.
This would be either on a Saturday for 7.5hrs or Sunday for 6.5 hrs
8.30am -4.30pm for Saturday 
9.30am -4.30pm for Sunday 
Ideally you will also be available to cover for the Store Manager on other days of the week, if required. Some of the key responsibilities include:
• Supporting store manager in operations and achieving the shop’s revenue targets
• Sorting donations and restocking shelves
• Maintaining store displays and cleanliness
• Collaborating with the manager to price goods appropriately
• Encouraging and supporting exceptional customer service
• Leading and motivating volunteers
Ko wai koe - About you:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Experience in retail and interest in second-hand goods
• Ability to lead and motivate volunteers
• Customer focused with a "can-do" attitude
• Organised with an eye for detail
• Great interpersonal skills
• Be physically fit as you will be on your feet all day and lifting and carrying donations.
• The role is 80% mahi and 20% support and 100% rewarding.
