Job Description
As a Retail Area Manager and in direct connection with the Head of Retail, you will implement the brand’s commercial strategy across an area of 6-10 stores in Northwest Italy.
Thanks to a strong in-store presence and daily team engagement, your mission will be to maximize the performance of your points of sale and keep your teams happy, while providing our customers with an exceptional experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing the revenue and profitability of your stores by implementing concrete action plans.
• Ensuring the excellence of the Rituals customer experience, making sure operational standards are respected in your stores (merchandising, sales ceremony, etc.).
• Ensuring the proper execution of in-store procedures (administrative tasks, cash control, security, stock management, etc.).
• Ensuring a smooth flow of information and reporting situations encountered in the field.
• Recruiting, coaching, evaluating, and motivating sales teams.
• Monitoring sales team schedules to optimize the productivity of your area.

• You have 5 to 10 years of experience in similar roles as a Regional Manager overseeing a network of stores.
• You have excellent knowledge of the retail sector (ideally in cosmetics, personal care, or beauty).
• You know how to implement a commercial strategy across multiple stores through concrete and ambitious actions and objectives.
• You have a hands-on mindset and enjoy being close to your teams on a daily basis.
• You possess natural leadership and know how to coach your teams to develop their skills and engagement.
• You have strong analytical skills and can find solutions to any problems that arise day-to-day.
• You are flexible and able to travel to your stores, ensuring a strong in-field presence, including certain weekends during peak periods.
• You have a good command of IT tools.
• You able to hold a conversation in English.
• You are based in Piedmont and/or surrounding areas, ensuring strong proximity to your stores and consistent in-field presence.
