This is a remote role with periodic (potentially monthly) on‑site visits to Plymouth Meeting, PA and Maitland, FL for team collaboration, training, and project support.

Job Details

• Pay: $80k–$110k (potential flexibility exceptional experience)
• Schedule: Full‑time, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

• Build, modify, and document ResWare action workflows based on state, county, and client requirements.
• Create, manage, and maintain ResWare action lists and document templates.
• Work closely with IT professionals to maintain and optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with third‑party vendors and support teams (including Qualia as needed).
• Train and support internal staff to ensure accurate and efficient use of ResWare.
• Configure new clients and product types within the system.
• Develop and maintain custom integrations and XML document mapping.
• Manage internal and external portal access, permissions, and role rights.
• Map title premiums, underwriting documents, and rate structures.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary.
• Support pre‑sales demonstrations and assist in project scoping and proposal development.
• Create and manage project plans to ensure timely, successful implementations.
• Coordinate cross‑department activities to ensure smooth deployments and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a ResWare Administrator is required.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
• Basic understanding of network infrastructure (switching & routing) is a plus.
• SQL experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience considered.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders.
