Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile Development

• Position Analysis: Study job requirements and specifications to thoroughly understand client needs and position-specific requirements
• Data Analysis: Review and analyse interview transcripts, candidate resumes, and supporting documentation to extract relevant information
• Profile Creation: Develop comprehensive candidate summaries tailored to specific position requirements, highlighting relevant experience and achievements
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all candidate information is accurate, consistent, and cross-referenced across multiple data platforms

Content Creation & Documentation

• Analyze assessment scores and create clear, concise summaries of candidate performance
• Write compelling job descriptions that attract qualified candidates

Quality Control & Standards

• Implement rigorous quality control processes following our detailed profile checklist
• Ensure immaculate spelling, grammar, and formatting across all documents
• Maintain consistency in dates, achievements, and career progression narratives
