Apex Restoration DKI provides restoration services to commercial, insurance, and residential clients. The services available to customers include emergency response, construction services, catastrophe response, contents restoration, environmental services, fire & smoke damage, and water damage repair. Requirements:

Construction experience required

You care about the details and will follow through to completion of a project

Excellent skills in verbal/written communication, teamwork, accuracy, conflict resolution, cost management and time management

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Basic computer skills

Ability to foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors and vendors

Must pass a background check and drug test

No felony convictions 

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

Set and manage client expectations

Manage all subcontractors and vendors according to the project schedule

Oversee material delivery

Develop and maintain successful relationships with project team, subcontractors, and homeowners.

Verify that quality of each phase of finished work exceeds company standards and homeowner expectations

Coordinate with all project personnel to provide a safe jobsite per OSHA requirements and according to Apex Restoration DKI policy and procedures

Maintain and post all documentation in accordance with company policies

Daily communications by phone and email with project team and homeowners

Compensation:

Base salary: $40-50k/yr depending on experience

Employee is eligible for company bonus plan after 90 day probation period
