The Restaurant Vendor Onboarding Design Manager (EU + TR) will be responsible for driving the process, performance & escalations for vendors' onboarding journey once the acquisition team signs up a vendor. Acting as the bridge between strategy, process and execution, this role will work closely with local markets, COEs and cross-functional teams to standardize best practices, improve vendor onboarding SLA and journey. 
 
Main responsibilities
• Own end-to-end restaurant Onboarding Process & Performance across EU & TR (QC to Activation)
• Track and improve key Onboarding KPIs
• Identify execution gaps and implement corrective actions to accelerate vendor Onboarding Journey
• Design and scale standardized Onboarding processes across markets
• Lead automation of key workflows in partnership with relevant teams
• Establish clear governance and accountability between COE, BPO, AE and local market teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance vendor Onboarding Journey and Experience
• Pilot and scale high-impact initiatives to continuously improve Onboarding performance
• Lead & execute regional group projects which involves Onboarding topic 
• Manage and execute AdHoc projects 
• Resolve and provide solutions for Market & Regional Escalations 
• Cross Collaborate with Central & Regional Teams for AdHoc project
• 5 - 8 years of experience in operations, vendor management or marketplace environments (preferably food delivery or tech platforms)
• Strong Project Management Experience 
• Strong experience in driving execution across multiple markets with a focus on operational scalability
• Proven track record in improving performance metrics through structured programs and process optimization
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working across regional and global teams
• Experience working with BPOs, COEs or outsourced operations is a strong advantage
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and drive clarity and accountability
• Advance Experience in doing Analytics and Deep Dive study utilising Data
• Proficient in Excel/Gsheet, Presentation Slides & Analytics
