Responsibilities:

• Guest Engagement:
• Welcome and seat guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Assist guests by providing detailed information about the menu and answering any questions.
• Take and accurately place orders in the system, ensuring clarity for kitchen staff.

• Service Delivery:
• Serve food and beverages to guests efficiently and with attention to detail.
• Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to coordinate timely and accurate service.
• Support colleagues during busy shifts to enhance workflow and service quality.

• Cleanliness and Maintenance:
• Keep the dining area clean and organized, including clearing and resetting tables.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a welcoming environment.

• Sales and Upselling:
• Encourage the sale of specials, beverages, and desserts to enhance guest experience.
• Inform guests about promotions and events that may interest them.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or related hospitality environment is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and an outgoing personality.
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment and manage multiple tables efficiently.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments accurately.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction with a proactive approach to service.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to remain on your feet for long periods and perform physical tasks associated with food service.
• Capacity to lift and carry trays weighing up to 25 pounds.
