Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic, guest‑focused Restaurant Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of Jaspers Restaurant. This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, inspires their team, and consistently delivers outstanding service. You will play a key role in shaping the guest experience, driving operational excellence, and supporting the continued growth of one of Wexford’s most dynamic hospitality venues.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service, atmosphere, and hospitality at all times.
Manage, train, motivate, and schedule the team members to deliver smooth and efficient daily service.
Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction, responding to feedback with professionalism and care.
Work closely with the kitchen team and Crown Quarter management to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Monitor budgets, control costs, and achieve financial targets, including labour and food cost management.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as company policies.
Drive continuous improvement in service standards, team performance, and overall guest experience.
Support the planning and execution of special events, seasonal promotions, and brand‑aligned initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high‑quality, fast‑paced dining environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for food, service, and creating memorable guest experiences.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak seasonal periods.
Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
Experience with restaurant management systems and POS technology is an advantage.
A relevant hospitality or management qualification is desirable.
