We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of our Japanese restaurant. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of Japanese cuisine, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining quality standards, and driving business performance.
 
• Oversee and manage all daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and excellence in service.
• Lead, train, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house teams, including sushi chefs and kitchen staff.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and authentic Japanese dining experience.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, and control food and labor costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve complaints promptly.
• Analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and implement strategies to improve revenue and profitability.
• Develop staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
• Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and special events to drive business growth.
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in a Japanese or Asian cuisine restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of Japanese food culture, sushi preparation standards, and service flow.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, KPIs, and operational targets.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
