Restaurant Manager

for a new project in Milos.

Key tasks and responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth service and high standards.
• Manage financial performance and work towards improving guest satisfaction.
• Participate in menu development and food tastings to maintain quality and innovation.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate restaurant staff effectively.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Conduct monthly inventories, manage storage, and coordinate weekly orders.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and promote a safe work environment.

Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in upscale hospitality environments.
• Fluency in Greek and English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and performance monitoring.
• Positive attitude, hospitality-oriented, and passion for excellence.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
