Restaurant Manager, All-inclusive Hotel, Chania

MANDYNAMIC is looking for a motivated Restaurant Manager on behalf of an All-inclusive Hotel in Chania Crete for the Summer Season 2026. Manage and supervise daily restaurant operations Ensure high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff Coordinate with the Kitchen and other hotel departments Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally Manage schedules, staffing levels, and operational costs Monitor inventory, supplies, and ordering procedures

Requirements: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in an all-inclusive or large hotel environment Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Good organizational and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of food & beverage operations Fluency in English (additional languages will be considered an asset)
