We're looking for a full-time Responsible Gaming Specialist to join our Responsible Gaming team. In this role, you will help to ensure that Responsible Gaming policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are consistently followed, contributing to a safe and supportive environment for players while upholding the integrity and reputation of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse player accounts based on GameScanner reporting and behavioural indicators.
Follow up on escalations from Customer Support,Risk and Fraud, AML, Live Casino and other internal or external stakeholders.
Initiate and execute intervention steps in line with the Responsible Gaming policy and procedures.
Prepare for and conduct personal interviews with players where required.
Perform affordability checks.
Follow up on interventions and conclude cases appropriately.
Apply Responsible Gaming measures and account restrictions where necessary.
Accurately document all actions, decisions, and interventions.
Contribute proactively to team discussions and suggest improvements to processes and procedures.
Maintain a high standard of professionalism, confidentiality, and duty of care.
Requirements
Fluent in both Dutch and English (written and spoken).
Valid “Kansspelproblematiek Basis” and “Kansspelproblematiek Aanvullend” certifications for the Dutch market are considered an asset.
Previous experience within Responsible Gaming and/or player protection.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent team player with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Reliable, proactive, self-motivated, and detail oriented.
Strong motivational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Passionate about player protection and emotionally resilient.
Previous experience within the iGaming industry is considered an asset.
Experience with tools such as Mindway GameScanner, Zendesk, and Jira is considered an asset.
Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as part of a rotating schedule.
