Inquiring Little Minds is looking for a creative, energetic, dedicated, and organized Early Childhood Educator (Responsible Adult) to join our team and daycare centre.

The best candidates have a genuine love of working with children, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to communicate well with a diverse range of children, families, and coworkers. Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed program plans to ensure all activities are age appropriate and engaging.

Lead and supervise a variety of activities, with the safety of all children being priority at all times.

Build positive rapport with all children and their families.

Establish and maintain open communication with parents/caregivers and colleagues

Required Qualifications:

Experience and/or education background working with children and youth

Demonstrated leadership abilities.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Comfortable participating in a variety of physical activities.

Complete a satisfactory criminal record check.

Valid First Aid and CPR-C.

Responsible Adult (RA) or Early Childhood Educator Assistant(ECEA) certification preferred

Schedule: Monday-Friday

School Days (Split Shifts): OSC Open 7:00 am to 8:55 am & 2:50 pm to 6:00 pm

Wage: From $20.99/hr (or higher dependent on certification)
