Get ready to make a real impact in a certified B Corp as our new Responsibility Intern by supporting the Responsibility team in achieving our long-term ambition to reduce our climate impact, as well as support our social impact strategy across the value chain.
This internship provides a wide range of ESG experience, focusing on essential projects such as low-impact materials, circularity, emission reduction, social impact and B Corp. During this internship you will gain direct, hands-on experience with critical processes.
In the role you will work within our Responsibility team, closely with Supply Chain, Product Design, Logistics, Retail, Development and Buying.  
This full-time internship is available as of 1st of September 2026 for 6 months at our HQ in Amsterdam.
You’ll…
• Provide administrative assistance to our Responsibility team
• Work on requesting and researching data for the Life Cycle Assessment and CO2 report.
• Work closely with our Product development team in researching and gathering data on products, materials, waste  and circularity. 
• Research and review ethical, environmental audits including Corrective Action Plans.
• Act as point-of-contact internally for questions and details about Responsibility.
• Coordinate several Responsibility initiatives regarding day-to-day innovations at HQ and the stores.
You...
• Are studying or recently graduated (HBO/ WO) in the direction of Sustainable Business, Innovation, Environment, Development Studies or similar
• Have excellent people and communication skills and are a team player
• Are fluent in both spoken and written English
• Have a strong eye for detail and are extremely organised
• Are independent and proactive with a hands-on mentality, flexible and quick to adapt.
• Are hands-on, eager to learn more about sustainability and you have affinity with the retail/fashion industry
• Live in or near Amsterdam or are able to relocate for the period of your internship
