The Business Efficiency role requires the implementation, reporting and maintenance of operational KPI for the IMT team. INcluding the tool for project tracking and time management in Oracle and costing with finance to permit the BL chargeback Garant of the DDQS Product and Techno process in collaboration with PDS team including process improvement , reporting and ISO/MC audit Responsable for the application and improvement of the above tools and processes to limit the non added value tasks and improve automatization and digitalization The interface role requires the coordination and active participation in ensuring alignment of IMT activities with MCS BL business, Manufacturing, Supply and financial requirements. Including NFC Card key. This includes to challenge Marketing on its product definition (completeness, stability, etc.); challenging the IMT Project /Program Leaders on schedule, cost, etc. Support of BL Products manufacturing processes, equipments and materials Owner of the Roadmaps definition and orientations for the concerned BL (Products/ Process/ Materials/ Equipments) Ensures the consistency of the program/projects requirements, monitors and maintains applicable development schedules, development costs, and products feature set definition. BUSINESS EFFICIENCY Process owner for the DDQS IMT process Prepare ISO/CQM Mastercard audits Follow up and update of the project manager tool Update of the KPI and process follow up using BI cube Train and support the team members in IMT tool Interface with Finance and BL on budget follow up and pilot cost allocation per BL INTERFACE Manage the BL SMD Products / process roadmaps according to MCS BL requests. (SIM card excluded) Align projects/programs & resources priorities according to BL request Support BLs for Key production issue and follow the corrective action plan Validate product and process changes as IMT CMB representative for MCS Contribute to product FRS regarding industrial requirements Periodically reports program progress and cost to BL Management. Escalates critical issues when needed. Manage the evaluation & qualification of subcontractors for finished products upon BL’s request Contribute to the BL part of the Manufacturing & Supply Strategy Your Profile Educational background in Engineering ( BAC +5), Materials , Mechanical or Manufacturing 10 years minimum in product and process engineering, development and project management with transversal coordination. Experience in business or operational efficiency and process management Fluent French and English Technical Skills : Excellent communication skills, including in English. Attention to detail combined with very good synthesis skills. Organized, rigorous, persuasive. Card and module technical knowledge and understanding Good business judgment ( BL experience is a Plus) Skilled in IT tools such as Access , Excel, Power BI cube Knowledge of finance tools and reporting Problem Solving and Data analysis Expert in Projects management methodology with Successful project management experience.
