Funciones

1. E-commerce Gestión de la tienda online (preferiblemente en PrestaShop). Alta, actualización y sincronización de productos a través del ERP SAGE. Aplicación de técnicas SEO para optimizar el posicionamiento de los productos. 2. Atención al cliente Responder consultas por email, chat y redes sociales. Resolver dudas relacionadas con productos, envíos y pedidos. Explicar características de productos técnicos (se ofrecerá formación interna previa). 3. Marketing Digital orientado al e-commerce Preparar campañas en la tienda: descuentos, códigos promocionales, banners y ofertas especiales. Conocimientos en Meta Ads y Google Ads para campañas de adquisición y remarketing. Creación de contenido para redes sociales. Manejo de herramientas de email marketing (Mailchimp o similar). Uso de Google Analytics para el seguimiento y análisis de métricas. Interpretación de resultados: CTR, clics, ventas, carritos abandonados, entre otros indicadores clave.

Requisitos

Requisitos Formación en Marketing Digital, Comunicación o similar. Buen manejo de herramientas digitales y del entorno online. Requisitos valorables Conocimientos de portugués. Experiencia previa en atención al cliente dentro de un e-commerce. Haber gestionado redes sociales de una marca.
