Job Description

En Los Alcázares, buscamos una persona dinámica para el puesto de responsable de tienda. Esta figura será clave para asegurar que la tienda funcione a la perfección cada día y que nuestros clientes estén contentos. Tendrás la ocasión de dirigir un equipo, hacer que las cosas vayan mejor y ayudar a que la tienda triunfe.

El puesto incluye una formación intensiva de cuatro meses, combinando teoría y práctica en tiendas cercanas. Durante este tiempo, te prepararemos en temas de gestión de equipos, ventas y conocimientos específicos del sector, para que te sientas seguro al asumir tus responsabilidades. Aprenderás a gestionar inventarios, hacer pedidos y supervisar la calidad y movimiento de los productos.

Serás el encargado de que los inventarios estén correctos y de realizar pedidos pensados para que nunca falte mercancía. También mejorarás todos los procesos de la tienda, desde cómo se gestionan las pérdidas hasta la creación de informes diarios. Gestionarás las quejas de los clientes y ayudarás a que tu equipo crezca, formándolo adecuadamente. Además, participarás en la planificación de ventas, la previsión de resultados y la administración del dinero de la tienda.

Se requiere un Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio. Es indispensable contar con experiencia previa en la gestión de equipos de al menos 1 año y experiencia en la gestión de KPIs. Se espera disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos de mañana (06:00-14:00) y tarde (14:00-22:00).
