🧩 Misión del puesto Liderar la estrategia de marketing digital de COPIOTA, diseñando y ejecutando iniciativas que impulsen el crecimiento, fortalezcan la presencia de la marca y generen demanda cualificada.
🛠️ Responsabilidades principales
Definir el posicionamiento de marca y diseñar la estrategia comercial y de captación. Diseñar, optimizar y escalar embudos de conversión (funnels). Gestionar redes sociales, narrativa de marca y calendario editorial. Crear y editar contenido multiformato (texto, imagen, video). Desarrollar copywriting persuasivo y orientado a conversión. Implementar estrategias avanzadas de SEO técnico y orgánico. Optimizar landings y estructura web para mejorar performance. Analizar KPIs, comportamiento del usuario y generar reportes. Ejecutar experimentos de growth marketing. Trabajar alineadamente con el área de ventas para optimizar el embudo.
🎓 Requisitos Experiencia
Mínimo 2 años en roles similares de marketing digital.
Habilidades técnicas
Dominio en:
SEO Web (orgánico y técnico) Meta Ads Google Ads SEM Email marketing / Mailing
Manejo de IA aplicada a marketing. Edición de video. CRM y herramientas de automatización. Google Analytics / Data Studio.
Idiomas
Español nativo o excelente redacción.
Infraestructura
Conexión de internet estable de 100MB. Entorno de trabajo silencioso.
Portafolio
Presentación obligatoria de trabajos previos (contenidos, campañas, métricas).
