Gestionnaire, Planification et Développement des Affaires – Sommaire du poste

Relevant du Vice-président, Franchise, le ou la Gestionnaire, planification et développement des affaires est responsable de l’élaboration et de la mise en œuvre de stratégies visant à générer des pistes de prospects, à mener des démarches de sollicitation directe et à développer de façon créative notre réseau. Ce rôle est essentiel pour alimenter le pipeline de franchisés potentiels de Foodtastic et conclure des ententes afin de renforcer la présence de nos bannières au Québec.

Responsabilités

Assister dans la négociation des conditions de baux pour les nouveaux sites et les sites existants.

Agir à titre de personne-ressource principale pour les dossiers immobiliers internes.

Superviser le processus d’administration des baux afin d’assurer l’interprétation exacte et l’exécution conforme des conditions contractuelles.

Coordonner et gérer l’ensemble des informations, documents et approbations clés liés au développement.

Participer activement à l’équipe de développement en maintenant d’excellentes relations de travail avec les collègues de toutes les bannières, en offrant soutien, information, partage de connaissances, opinions et analyses d’affaires.

Qualifications

Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en vente, idéalement dans un environnement de franchisage.

Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite, avec la capacité de transmettre des messages clairs, concis et percutants.

Solides compétences en négociation.

Engagement démontré envers des normes éthiques professionnelles élevées et la confidentialité.

Fortes capacités analytiques pour évaluer et analyser des ententes, incluant la révision et la négociation de baux et de documents de renouvellement.

Business Planning & Development Manager – Summary of the Role

Reporting to the VP of Franchising, the Business Planning & Development Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate leads, engage in direct outreach, and creatively expand our network. This role is crucial in feeding potential franchisees into the Foodtastic pipeline and finalizing deals to grow our brand presense in Quebec.

Responsibilities:

Assist in lease terms negotiation for new and existing sites.

Act as lead contact for internal real estate files.

Supervise the lease administration process to ensure accurate interpretation and execution of lease terms.

Coordinate and administer all critical information, documents and approvals as it pertains to Development.

Participate as an integral member of the Development Team by maintaining excellent working relationships with colleagues across all banners, offering assistance, information, sharing knowledge, opinions and business explanation.

 

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus in franchising

Excellent communication skills and ability to speak and write clearly and concisely to get messages across that have the desired effect

Excellent negotiation skills

Demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and confidentiality

Strong analytical skills to assess and analyze deals, and able to review and negotiate leases and renewal documentation
