Buscamos a una persona con destreza organizativa y buena comunicación para un puesto de gestión administrativa. La labor principal consistirá en manejar y ordenar toda la documentación de la oficina, además de dar soporte en la organización de eventos. Esto implica desde buscar lugares y fechas hasta conseguir presupuestos y encargarse de todos los detalles logísticos.

Se requerirá el uso de herramientas ofimáticas como Word, Excel y PowerPoint, así como familiaridad con sistemas CRM. También participarás en la actualización de contenidos en plataformas como WordPress, a nivel de usuario, y en el manejo de herramientas de correo electrónico como Mailchimp. Tu rol será clave para mantener la información interna al día y accesible, actuando como enlace entre los distintos departamentos.

El contrato es de sustitución con jornada completa. Se valorará experiencia previa en funciones similares y un perfil proactivo con ganas de mejorar procesos. El salario ofrecido es de 22.000€ brutos anuales.
