Vacancy: Head of Finance - Spain

Location: Almussafes, Valencia (on-site).

The Head of Finance mission is to oversee all financial operations and lead global finance teams. The role supports the CFO in financial strategy, drives reporting and consolidation, ensures compliance, and strengthens financial performance worldwide.

The tasks that the Head of Finance will develop are the following ones:

Lead and coordinate international finance teams across five countries.

Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Manage global financial consolidation, integrating results from all international entities.

Support the CFO in budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy.

Ensure consistent accounting practices, internal controls, and process standardization globally.

Supervise cash flow, treasury operations, and financial performance tracking.

Ensure compliance with Spanish GAAP and monitor compliance across international operations.

Partner with business leaders to support growth, profitability, and operational decision-making.

What will you need as a successful Head of Finance?

Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or equivalent.

7+ years of finance experience, including leadership roles.

Experience in reporting and multi-entity consolidation is essential.

Previous responsibility for international or multi-country finance teams.

Big 4 experience preferred (audit, advisory, or transactions).

Excellent analytical, reporting, and strategic planning capabilities.

Fluency in English (C1/C2).

Strong ERP and financial systems knowledge.
