We are looking for a Responsable Applicatif (Application Manager) to support Finance and Support applications. You will work on systems related to financial flows, treasury, and regulatory projects, collaborating closely with business teams, IT teams, and external partners.

Main Responsibilities

• Understand user needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements
• Ensure the stability, quality, and security of applications
• Coordinate fixes, enhancements, and releases
• Support testing, integration, and production deployment
• Act as the link between developers, business teams, and vendors
• Contribute to application upgrades, migrations, and process improvements

• Strong understanding of application architecture, integrations, APIs, and databases
• Ability to diagnose issues, coordinate fixes, and ensure stable production operations
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Excel
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.)
• Solid communication skills to work with both technical teams and business users
• Experience gathering requirements, managing priorities, and supporting users
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and project management practices
• Ability to handle sensitive financial data securely
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities
• Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple releases
• French (C1) and English (B2)
