Pay (Compensation & Benefits):
Hourly Salary Range (Based on Experience):
• Under 1 year: $27.42
• 2–3 years: $29.89
• 4–5 years: $31.12
• 6–7 years: $32.36
• 9–10+ years: $33.59
• 16+ years: $36.95
Shift Differential:
• Nights: +$3.25/hour
Sign-On Bonus:
• Days: $15,000
• Nights: $25,000

We are seeking Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRTs) to join our high-performing acute care teams. The RRT will perform all respiratory therapy procedures and independently manage mechanical ventilation and critical respiratory support for patients across all age groups.
Available Shift:
• Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer respiratory therapy procedures and ventilator management
• Operate acute care mechanical ventilators
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation
• Function independently when a team leader is not present
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RRT experience required
• Licensure: Florida-licensed Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or eligible
• Note: CRT-only experience will not be considered
This is a vital role within a trauma-level facility, ideal for therapists with strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently in a high-acuity environment.
