Respiratory Therapist

Compensation:

• Shift Differential: $3.25/hr (Nights)

• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (Days) | $25,000 (Nights)

• Relocation Assistance: Case by Case

Position Overview

We are seeking Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRTs) to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing all respiratory care-related duties, including administering complex respiratory therapy procedures and managing acute care ventilators for patients across all age groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all respiratory therapy procedures and ventilator management.

• Operate acute care ventilators for mechanical ventilation.

• Maintain accurate department records and ensure proper data entry.

• Function independently in the absence of a Team Leader.

• 1+ years of recent acute care RRT experience required.

• Must hold (or be eligible for) a Florida Registered Respiratory Therapist license.

• CRT experience not considered.
