Schedule: Nights or Evenings (Rotating Weekends)

Compensation:

• Less than 1 year: $27.42/hr

• 2–3 years: $29.89/hr

• 4–5 years: $31.12/hr

• 6–7 years: $32.36/hr

• 9–10+ years: $33.59/hr

• 16+ years: $36.95/hr

Incentives:

• Shift Differentials: Nights +$3.25/hr, Weekends +$2/hr

• Sign-On Bonus: $25,000 (available for both evening and night shifts)

• Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. This role is essential to providing safe, high-quality respiratory care in a dynamic acute care setting. You will work alongside physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for patients requiring respiratory therapy. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage routine and advanced respiratory care therapies.

• Perform and interpret Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs).

• Assess patient responses and monitor side effects of respiratory medications.

• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams.

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and proper equipment use.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of respiratory therapy experience (acute care preferred: ICU, CVICU, NICU, PICU, or other critical care). Home care or long-term care experience considered.

• Licensure: Active Florida State Respiratory License.

• Certifications:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) through NBRC.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) – required.

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – within 30 days of hire.

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – within 30 days of hire.

• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) – within 30 days of hire.
