Pay / Compensation:

• Hourly Rates (based on experience):

• Less than 1 year: $27.42/hr

• 2–3 years: $29.89/hr

• 4–5 years: $31.12/hr

• 6–7 years: $32.36/hr

• 9–10+ years: $33.59/hr

• 16+ years: $36.95/hr

• Shift Differentials:

• Nights: +$3.25/hr

• Weekends: +$2.00/hr

• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000 (available for evening and night shifts)

• Relocation Assistance: Available (case-by-case basis)

Schedule / Shifts:

• Evening Shifts: Rotating Weekends

• Night Shifts: Rotating Weekends

We are seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to deliver high-quality, compassionate respiratory care in a fast-paced acute care environment. You’ll work with an interdisciplinary team to assess, treat, and educate patients across a variety of critical and non-critical care units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer both routine and advanced respiratory therapy

• Perform and analyze Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs)

• Monitor patient reactions and adjust treatments accordingly

• Operate ventilators, nebulizers, and other respiratory equipment

• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff for care planning

• Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and equipment

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of Respiratory Therapy experience

• Acute care settings preferred (ICU, CVICU, NICU, PICU, or critical care)

• Home care or long-term care considered

Licensure:

• Florida State Respiratory License required

Certifications:

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or CRT (Certified Respiratory Therapist) – Required

• BLS – Required before start

• ACLS, PALS, NRP – Must be obtained within 30 days of hire
