Job Description & Summary Resource Management (RM) team is a pivotal point of all our staff, projects and sales. We support optimal planning and allocation of our employees to projects (in close cooperation with Team Leaders, Go To Market Team and Project Managers). We collect and analyse the demand for particular project roles and competences, we forecast future needs and address them proactively. We take care of the flow of information between all interested parties, which makes the RM Team the real nervous system for the whole organisation. We are looking for: Resource Planning Specialist Your future role: Support planning and allocating staff for projects (in close cooperation with other teams), Regularly collect and report information on resource demand, Ensure unceasing flow of information, Ensure completeness and correctness of staff- and project-related data in the internal systems, Provide up-to-date CVs and staff profiles for sales offers, Analyse project time and holidays, Prepare reports, Support in other resource planning operations. Apply if you have: Resource Management experience, A good memory for names (of people, projects, etc.) and can learn those very quickly, The ability to "connect the dots" quickly based on the knowledge you gain, enabling you to identify situations that require reallocating staff to different time slots, projects or setups, The capability to work independently while knowing when to ask for help, A commitment to providing high quality work and the courage to admit mistakes, Strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure, Good communication skills, a knack for teamwork and talent for building relationships, An open-minded, proactive and inquisitive nature, The ability to learn to use various tools, Proficiency in speaking English and Polish.
